ReservaTee Ltd - Golf Club Terms & Conditions 2010 for Online Bookings Utilising BRS
1. By participating in the www.reservatee.com Live Tee Time booking programme, you agree to be
bound by these Participating Golf Course terms and conditions, and any other terms referenced
herein.
2. www.reservatee.com and associated websites are the property of, and wholly owned by ReservaTee Ltd including all copyright, trademark and intellectual rights.
3. Through BRS, you agree to provide ReservaTee Ltd with genuine green fees, tee time availability, up
to date course information, and discounted green fees at your own discretion on tee times for live
inclusion on www.reservatee.com
4. You agree to allow ReservaTee Ltd to collect deposit payment from bookers at the point of booking,
equal to the amount of the agreed commission based on the value per player for that booking, as set
out in terms 5, 5a and 5b herein.
4a. You agree to collect the remaining amount due from the booking when the booker arrives. This
amount will be shown on your email confirmation which is sent to your preferred email address
immediately after the booking is made. You may also choose to receive a confirmation SMS, if so
required. The booking details will also show on your Start Sheet provided by BRS.
4b. In the event of a "no show", you agree to inform Reserva Ltd, who agree to collect the remaining
amount from the booker on your behalf, as per the players booking terms and conditions.
4c. In the event of a "no show" you agree to offer an alternative tee time of the same value to the
booker without additional charge.
5. For any tee times sold through ReservaTee.com, up to, and including £20.00 per player in value,
you agree to pay £2 commission per player booked to ReservaTee Ltd. This is collected by ReservaTee Ltd
at the point of booking.
5a. For any tee times sold through ReservaTee.com, over and above £20.00 per player in value, you
agree to pay 12% commission per player booked to ReservaTee Ltd. This is collected by ReservaTee Ltd at
the point of booking.
6. You will not be charged any additional support fee for participating in the ReservaTee online and
telephone tee-time marketing programme, nor will you incur any fee for set up, training, updates or
webhosting.
7. You agree to honour all bookings supplied by ReservaTee Ltd, based on the agreement herewith.
8. You agree to contact bookings generated by ReservaTee Ltd with immediate effect if you cannot
honour the booking received from ReservaTee.com
9. As ReservaTee operates within a live tee time marketing environment, you agree to regularly
update the relevant module within BRS to enable live and up to date pricing and availability to
ReservaTee clients. Please note: ReservaTee is not a "by confirmation" marketing tool. The
ReservaTee Live Marketing channel delivers your availability and pricing to many golf marketing
channels on a live booking platform, without the need for confirmation, hence, it is imperative that you
keep the availability and pricing up to date to avoid double booking situations.
10.This agreement gives ReservaTee the right to sell available tee times you have not already
blocked out for members, competitions and any other bookings, at the rate you have offered, at any
time, through any marketing channel.
11. This is a 12 month rolling contract, either party may cancel this contract by giving 3 months written notice.
12. ReservaTee Ltd cannot be held responsible for any dispute between bookers and golf clubs. All
details should be double checked at the time of reservation or purchase. Any rules, regulations or
restrictions set by the club must be adhered to by the booker, and the golf clubs decision is final.
