Reservalive Ltd - Golf Club Terms & Conditions 2010
1. By participating in the ReservaTee.com Tee Time Marketing Live Booking Programme, you agree
to be bound by these participating Golf Course terms and conditions, our Player terms and conditions,
in particular the Player Booking and Cancellation Policy and any other terms referenced therein.
2. ReservaTee.com and associated websites are the property of, and wholly owned by Reservalive Ltd
including all copyright, trademark and intellectual rights.
3. You agree to provide Reservalive Ltd with genuine full "rack rate" green fee rates and tee times, up to
date course information, and discounts on tee times for live inclusion on ReservaTee.com and it's
associated websites.
4. You agree to allow Reservalive Ltd to collect deposit payment from bookers at the point of booking,
equal to the amount of the agreed commission as set out below, based on the value for that booking.
4a. For any tee times sold through ReservaTee.com, up to, and including £20.00 per player in value,
you agree that Reservalive Ltd will take a £2 deposit per player which equates to the agreed commission
between Reservalive Ltd and your Golf Club.
4b. For any tee times sold through ReservaTee.com, over and above £20.00 per player in value, you
Agree that Reservalive Ltd will take a 12% deposit per player which equates to the agreed commission
between Reservalive Ltd and your Golf Club.
4c. You agree to collect the remaining amount due from the booking when the booker arrives at your
Golf Club. This amount will be shown on your confirmation email, SMS and Live Booking Diary..
4d. In the event of a "no show", you agree to inform Reservalive Ltd, who agree to collect the remaining
amount from the booker on your behalf, as per the players booking terms and conditions.
5. You will be supplied with a "Book Online Now" logo which will link visitors from your website direct
to your "Live Booking Engine" within ReservaTee.com. You agree to display the "Book Online Now"
logo in a prominent position on your Golf Clubs official website homepage and other prominent areas
within your website, relative to visitor bookings.
6. You agree to display and distribute any ReservaTee.com point of sale around your Golf Club to
further enhance your online bookings.
7. You agree to honour all bookings supplied by Reservalive Ltd, based on the agreement herewith,
however, should you not be able honour the booking, you agree to offer an alternative tee time of the
same value or more at no extra cost.
8. This agreement gives ReservaTee.com the right to sell available tee times, at the rate you have
offered, at any time, through any marketing channel.
9. This is a 12 month rolling contract, either party may cancel this contract by giving 3 months written
notice.
10. Reservalive Ltd cannot be held responsible for any dispute between bookers and clubs.
Please Note: ReservaTee.com is 100% Live, and your Tee Time availability it marketed 24/7
through multiple marketing channels, hence, it is imperative that you keep it up to date in
order to stimulate positive interest from potential visitors and avoid double bookings!
