The golf course is renowned for its quality and speed of greens, offering a fair but challenging test for experienced and non-experienced golfers. As the picture on the left shows, the tee shot requires maximum precision, a shot missed short, right or left ends up in trouble. This hole is one of the locally famous quarry holes, the long quarry is a risk reward 271 yard par 4, which leaves the golfer with a decision of whether to try and drive the green, even though out of bounds is left and right, or hit a testing lay up shot with gorse and rough waiting for an errant strike. Currently only 14 holes are in play - 6 NEW HOLES are due to be open in April/May. Keep an eye open for the grand opening.
